Separate Storage Facility and Dispatch Stations.

Storage Facility:

Covered Area: 15,000 square feet.
Supervised by Qualified Pharmacist with well trained staff having cold chain supply vast experience.
Segregation of temperature sensitive products i.e.,
For the products require 2-8 centigrade temperature.
Standby Chillers.
24 hours vigilance to keep the temperature within the limit.
50% air conditions remain Standby.
For < 25 C separate area
For < 30 C Separate area

Dispatch Station:

Experienced staff to pack material within the required temperature limit using Thermophore boxes and Ice gels as per requirements.
Strict follow up of supplies to keep as per temperature requirements and ensure that the stock has been reached well in time to the destinations.

Supply Vans:

Dedicated Supply Vans with chillers and with plug & charge facility in case of emergency and koldCraft Hoods to keep the specific temperature intact.
Experienced drivers and supply man to manage any defect in cold on the way to the destination.

Sub-Distributors:

46 Sub-Distributors across country to cover retail pharmacies, Chain Pharmacies and Medical Stores complying with the rules & regulations of Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan in Practice.
2 Institutional Distributors for private, governments, and semi-governments Hospitals.
Twice a year internal inspection of the Sub-Distributors to ensure Compliance and Best Practice of Distribution.
